To assist, support and provide service to Manager and Staff of Monkstone House.
Principle Duties
To carry out all tasks, with the assistance provided, of running a family type Residential Care Home and, in relation to the residents, to provide the type of care which would be given by a caring relative.
Liaison
Liaison to be with Karen Davies / Annette Milligan. To be promptly advised in connection with any significant matter concerning the running of the Home or the wellbeing of the residents which comes to your attention.
Confidentiality
Matters concerning residents and their affairs are confidential and details should not be transmitted in any way outside the Home. Relevant details may be given to persons requiring information in the course of their duties e.g. Doctors; Ambulance Personnel; Hospital Staff; Social Service Officers.
Acting For
To act for the Manager when it is necessary to do so (this will generally be on days off and holiday).
Shifts:
Full time position Mornings: 7am - 2pm Evenings: 2pm - 9pm 1 full weekend on followed by 1 part weekend on and finally a weekend off.
