Cross Keys Homes is currently seeking a Care Assistant to support elderly residents within their assisted living setting. Lapwing Apartments consists of 54 properties, where each tenant lives independently while having access to additional support when required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
  • Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with mobility and medication

Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays - £14.25 per hour
  • Weekends - £14.77 per hour

Working Hours:

The position is contracted to part time, 20 hours per week and you must be available on the following rota:

Week A

  • Monday 7am - 2pm
  • Tuesday 7am - 2pm
  • Wednesday 7am - 2pm
  • Thursday 7am - 2pm
  • Friday 7am - 2pm
  • Saturday OFF
  • Sunday OFF

Week B

  • Monday 7am - 2pm
  • Tuesday 7am - 2pm
  • Wednesday OFF
  • Thursday 7am - 2pm
  • Friday OFF
  • Saturday 7am - 2pm
  • Sunday 7am - 2pm

Requirements:

  • Female only due to client preference
  • Experience isn't essential as full training is provided
  • Driving isn't a requirement
