Level 3 Room Leader/Third in charge Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
  • Minimum: 1-year leadership experience
  • Full time (40 hours per week), 4 days per week, 07:30 – 18:30
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Childcare
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate and stimulating activities for children aged 9 months to 5 years.
  • Observe, record, and assess children's development and learning progress.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with parents/carers and maintain open communication.
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and hygiene of all children in your care.
  • Uphold safeguarding, child protection and health.
