Duties

• Create and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children\’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
• Conduct regular assessments of children\’s development and adapt activities accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.

Experience

• Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential.
• Previous nursery experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Management or leadership experience within a childcare context is advantageous.
