You will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education to children aged 2–4, supporting their development in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.Requirements;Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – EssentialRecent and relevant experience in an Early Years settingGood knowledge of the EYFS statutory frameworkStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to safeguarding and promoting children\’s welfare40 hours per week on flexible working patterns4-5 days per week OR 3 full days and 2 half daysFull time – All year round (Permanent role)Benefits A warm and supportive working environmentOpportunities for ongoing professional developmentAccess to on-site facilities and resourcesStaff wellbeing initiatives and trainingSafeguarding Statement:Brockhurst & Marlston House Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
