Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, motivated, and experiencedLevel 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Spanish language skills are valued but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS and Montessori principles.
- Ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming, well-prepared learning environment.
- Observe and assess childrenβs development, recording progress on Tapestry.
- Build positive relationships with parents, providing daily updates and support
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) β essential.
- Valid Enhanced DBS Check β essential.
- Good spoken and written English β essential.
- Spanish language skills βdesirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and experience in early years settings.
