Job description:We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or above) who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care.Vacancy:40 hours7.30am โ€“ 6pm (7.30am-4pm/8am-4.30pm/8.30am-5pm/9.30am-6pm)5 days, 8 hour shifts. 4 full days may be consideredLevel 3 qualificationLevel 2\โ€™s MAY be consideredKey Responsibilities :Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport children\โ€™s development, learning and wellbeingBuild strong relationships with children, parents, and staffObserve, assess, and record children\โ€™s progressMaintain a safe and stimulating environmentUphold safeguarding and health & safety proceduresRequirements :Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, proactive and flexible attitudeEnhanced DBS check and two satisfactory referencesWhat We Offer :A supportive and friendly working environmentOpportunities for ongoing professional developmentPaid Holiday (5.6 weeks a year based on full time contract, inclusive of Bank Holiday and Christmas Closure)Company EventsUniform (Polo shirts and fleece)Childcare Discount (Childcare can only be offered dependant on availability)Job Type :ยท Full Time (40 hours a week)Experience :Nursery: 1 year (preferred)Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
