Nursery Nurse

Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a highly rated private day nursery who are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality home away from home setting based in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will join their experienced team in providing a nurturing and holistic approach too childcare.

Requirements for this role:

  • Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification
  • Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
  • Understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
  • A passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives

  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Passion for creating a learning-rich environment that supports children’s development and curiosity

  • Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
  • As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, every day
  • Compassionate approach to supporting, developing and guiding staff in creating the best possible environment for the children.
