Nursery Nurse
Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a highly rated private day nursery who are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality home away from home setting based in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will join their experienced team in providing a nurturing and holistic approach too childcare.
Requirements for this role:
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification
- Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
- Understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- A passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives
Key Responsibilities

- Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Passion for creating a learning-rich environment that supports children’s development and curiosity
- Compassion and understanding for working with children and their families
- Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
- As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, every day
