Nursery Nurse
Zero2Five are proud to partner with a unique and welcoming childcare setting in Shilton, Coventry, in their search for an enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse. You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and children’s development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports children’s learning and development
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements
- Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies
- Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
