Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to partner with a unique and welcoming childcare setting in Shilton, Coventry, in their search for an enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse. You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and children’s development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports children’s learning and development
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements
  • Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies
  • Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences
  • Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
