Night Care Manager β Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury β Β£18 per hour
- 80 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
- Full time; 48hrs per week
- Shifts are 12hrs (8pm to 8am) and include alternate weekends

Responsibilities
- Lead the night shift care and nurse team to ensure residents\β needs are met with dignity and compassion.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all overnight issues, queries, or incidents.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as CQC.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant clinical and care competencies.
- Promote consistent and effective communication between night and day teams.
- Oversee night staff rotas, breaks, and ensure adequate cover across the home.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to resident care, routines, and any night-time observations.
- Support and guide team members, encouraging ongoing development and training.
Ideal candidate
- Previous Care Team Lead experience within a Care Home setting.
- Understanding of CQC regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
