Care worker - £13.50 an hour on weekdays, £14.50 an hour on weekends, £20.25 on bank holidays, £27 on Christmas Day & New Year's Day. Mileage is 25p. Travel time is paid at minimum wage.
Shifts:
- Mornings - 7/8am to after lunch
- Evenings - 5pm to late
Alternate weekends required. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are necessary. Female only due to client preference.
Purpose of the position: The support provided by care workers is that which would normally be undertaken by a caring relative and must not include tasks which would normally be undertaken by a qualified nurse. Early, late, and alternate weekend availability is essential.
