Always There Domiciliary Care Ltd is seeking caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across the Epping, Loughton and other surrounding areas. Whether you have previous care experience or are looking for a rewarding new career, we would love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Available Positions

  • Morning Shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Evening Shifts: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

All applicants must be available to work every other weekend.

Pay and Benefits

  • £13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday)
  • £14.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 20p per mile mileage allowance from first call to last call
  • Care permit provided for parking

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care and support in clients' own homes
  • Assisting with personal care where required

Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Must live within the Epping Forest area
  • Available to work every other weekend
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
  • Genuine desire to support and help others
