Meli Poppins Childcare – a highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding setting in Southville expanded in September 2025 and due to its rapid growth, we are looking for experienced passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our founding team.
We want someone who is:
- Qualified at Level 2 or above in Early Years childcare
- Can work 42.5 hours
- Part-time for the right person
- Confident with the EYFS
- Passionate about child-led, respectful, and home-from-home style care
- Warm, positive and committed to building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- A reliable warm team player who brings creativity and enthusiasm to a growing provision
- High standards of safeguarding and wellbeing
Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Planning and delivering a high-quality curriculum
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording children's development
- Working in partnership with parents and external agencies
- Supporting the development of our new and expanding setting
- Upholding safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusion policies at all times.
