Greenwood is a group of pioneering day nurseries in London, dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services for children aged 12 months to 5 years old. With our own Greenwood Philosophy and unique project-based curriculum focused on Planet Earth, we are not just a daycare, but a place where children can grow, learn, and thrive. We offer five meals a day, cooked by our school chef with organic and free-range products, and celebrate seasonal produce. We also provide a supportive, collaborative, and fun work environment for our team of dedicated educators.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Childcare (MUST)
- 8 hour shift

Successful applicants will:
- Be someone who is genuinely passionate about education and changing children's lives.
- Have a relevant early years qualification (level 3 or above).
- Have previous experience working with children of all ages.
- Have a positive outlook.
As a practitioner you will:
- Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
- Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development.
- Be willing to move to different age groups as required.
- Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
- Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Greenwood Philosophy.
- Take on Room Leader role in their absence.
- Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.
