We are a small, bilingual nursery with a maximum of 6 children per classroom. We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and help grow our setting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a nursery from its early stages and shape its future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
  • Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
  • Manage records, safeguarding procedures, and nursery policies.
  • Drive enrolment and actively support the nursery's growth.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager (minimum 2 years).
  • Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education (Level 5 or higher desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

We are also looking for a reliable, strong, and organised Nursery Cleaner to help us keep our nursery safe, clean, and well-prepared for children every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily cleaning of classrooms, toilets, kitchen, and communal areas.
  • Disinfecting toys, furniture, and surfaces in line with hygiene standards.
  • Moving furniture and equipment safely in and out of our storage area (located outside the hall).
  • Organising and tidying toys and resources quickly and efficiently so the nursery is ready for the next day.
  • Managing cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is low.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience (nursery, school, or childcare setting preferred).
  • Physically fit and able to move furniture/equipment safely.
  • Fast, efficient, and well-organised.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.
