We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they thrive during their formative years.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Childcare (required)
  • Drivers (preferred)
  • Commit to full-time, 40 hours across 4 days
  • Part-time for the right candidate
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that stimulate children’s curiosity and creativity
  • Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development
