We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and manage our team in the Health and Social industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in Care and understand CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, lead, and support a team of care workers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct audits, spot checks, supervisions, and assessments with new and existing clients.
  • Provide induction and shadowing support to new staff in the field.
  • Respond effectively to client queries and complaints, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
  • Compile and submit accurate weekly reports to management.
  • Maintain and monitor PPE inventory levels and place orders as required.
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth communication between field and office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the health and social care industry
  • Strong knowledge of CQC guidance and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff and clients effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required
