We are a family-run children’s nursery in North Leeds seeking a warm, confident and experienced Baby Room Team Leader to lead our baby room and support the development of our youngest children. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about early development, communication with babies, and delivering high-quality EYFS practice.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
  • Full-time, flexible between 8am - 6pm (all year round)
  • Experience as room leader (preferred)
  • Experience working in a baby room setting

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a small, supportive team of 4 practitioners
  • Plan and deliver a varied, engaging and valued learning experience in line with the EYFS
  • Ensure the baby room is safe, nurturing and well organised
  • Be a confident communicator with babies, responding to their cues and supporting early language development
