ABOUT US:
We don’t mean to brag… but we’re kind of a big deal! ;)
Little Foxes’ aim is to create a premium childcare community, blending quality education with outdoor adventures.
In short, we help parents and carers give their children a place where they can spend 80% of their time exploring the outdoors, following a bespoke curriculum focused on mindfulness, wellbeing, and curiosity.
Over the last 30 years, we’ve supported thousands of families across 7 nurseries and 3 out-of-school clubs — and now we’re looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to help lead one of our incredible settings.
We’ve got the children…
We’ve got the team…
We just need you!
WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US:
- Monday – Friday only (your weekends are yours!)
- Your birthday off, fully paid
- 50% off childcare fees
- Snacks and delicious lunches provided daily
- A fun, caring, slightly bonkers (in a good way!) team of 100+ amazing humans
- All the usual perks – holidays, pensions, Christmas gifts etc.
- Winners of the ‘Best Parent Satisfaction Award’ 2025
- Access to our in-house training academy to support your leadership and career progression

From coaching team members and supporting quality improvements to ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.
No two days are ever the same — and that's exactly how we like it.

- Have experience supporting nursery operations, compliance, and quality improvement
- Be proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Have a great sense of humour (essential)
