Recently fully redeveloped, the home provides accommodation for up to 48 privately funded residents in spacious, well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring modern wet rooms and stylish, contemporary interiors. The service delivers high-quality residential and respite care within a calm, elegant, and supportive environment. With a strong focus on independence, dignity, and personalised support, residents are encouraged to live meaningful and fulfilling lives while receiving tailored care that meets their individual needs.

The Role
As a Care Assistant (Days), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and independently throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, personalised care to residents
- Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and social engagement
- Supporting residents to take part in daily activities and routines
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes
