As a Care Assistant (Days), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and independently throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, personalised care to residents
- Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and social engagement
- Supporting residents to take part in daily activities and routines
