We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader who holds a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our friendly and supportive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early year’s professional who is committed to providing outstanding care and education, and who thrives in a nurturing, child‑centred environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar leadership role
- Flexible between the hours of 7:30am / 6:30pm
- Part-time / Full-time
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a small team within your designated room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Monitor, support and track children’s development
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance
