- Honiton, Ottery St Mary, West Hill, Feniton and the surrounding areas
- Our rate is £13.50 per hour
- Bank holiday rates are enhanced
- We pay 0.45p per mile
- We also pay shift pay from your first call to your last on each shift
- All staff are contract unless they request to be bank
- Male and female positions available
Shift Patterns can be flexible for those with children or other responsibilities, but the core hours are 7am to 14.30 and 16.00 to 22.00.
Some staff do 7am some 8 some 9.30 but everyone has to do at least one pm shift, but again could start at 6 for example.

We are happy to receive candidates who want full time or part time, there are no set hours, if someone can only really work 15hrs a week then that’s fine as long as we know or if they want full time 37.5 then again that’s fine.
Our hope is that we can be a company where anyone can come and work without worrying about how many hours they can commit to.
Every member of the team has to work every other weekend but the shift depends on their contracted hours.
So full time is all 3 or 4 corners of the weekend whereas someone on only 15 hours a week would be just one shift.
Job Summary
To provide care to individuals, within their own homes.
This will involve travelling between clients in the community.
Perform a variety of tasks, according to the Person-Centred Care Plan, which may be subject to periodic change, dependent upon the needs and wishes of the client.
You will be given thorough training, including shadow training with an Experienced Worker, before being expected to work alone.
