Always There Domiciliary Care Ltd is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) within the local area. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working alongside another Complex Care Assistant on every shift. You will be part of a supportive double‑up team, ensuring safe and effective care at all times.

Available Shifts

  • Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Waking Night Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am

Pay

£15.00 per hour

Role Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Supporting a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
  • Managing PEG feeding requirements
  • Providing suctioning support
  • Supporting and monitoring Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Working collaboratively with another Complex Care Assistant during all shifts
  • Promoting dignity, independence, safety, and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only
  • Minimum 6–12 months' Complex Care experience
  • Preferably a minimum of 6–12 months' experience supporting individuals with MND
  • PEG feeding experience
  • Suctioning experience
  • NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation) experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – Non driver if living in Harlow
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Caring, professional, and reliable nature
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
