We are recruiting a Deputy Care Home Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded residential care service in Botley, Southampton. The service proudly holds an OUTSTANDING CQC rating, reflecting its commitment to exceptional standards of care. This stunning country residence is set within eighteen acres of beautiful formal gardens, woodland, and paddocks, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. The service offers a safe, homely, and caring environment whilst delivering a high standard of person‑centred care for up to forty‑six residents of any age, including those living with dementia and associated mental health conditions. The service is a successfully run family business with a long‑standing history and a hands‑on leadership team who are actively involved in the day‑to‑day running of the home. This approach ensures consistency, strong staff support, and a genuine family atmosphere throughout. The property consists of a main house alongside three purpose‑built, connected units, allowing free‑flowing access to all areas for residents. This thoughtful layout promotes independence, accessibility, and comfort, ensuring residents can move around safely and with ease.
