The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We require a Care Assistant to join our team providing excellent care and support to clients who wish to continue living the life they choose, in the community and in their own homes. Our clients are based between Grantham, Newark, Sleaford and villages in between.

Pay: £12.42 per hour with a scope to earn up to £15.00 per care hour (additional starting salary dependant on care qualifications). Travel time and mileage paid at 30p per mile.

Shifts: Our care staff provide support to our clients between 7.30 am to 10pm. Alternate weekends are essential. Care visits are a minimum of 1 hour. Must be flexible and happy to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Your hours will be agreed each week based on your availability.

To become a Care Assistant with us you do not have to be an experienced carer as we will provide you with a paid induction training and ongoing support. We will provide all you need to carry out this role successfully including paid training, DBS clearance, staff tunic and free PPE.
