A Senior Care Assistant is required at our Client’s fantastic Care facility situated in a coastal town Nr Flint. The home offers the highest standards of care where dignity is respected, interests are nurtured and residents are cared for like family. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Administering medication (after training).
  • Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts.
  • Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals.
  • Dealing with emergencies.
  • Keeping clear and accurate records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Previous experience in a care home setting.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • A kind, patient and reliable personality.
  • Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth.
  • Good communication skills and a genuine love for elderly care.
