As our owner, Sarah, is a Curiosity Approach Brand Ambassador, you will receive exceptional guidance, support, and training in this unique pedagogy. Whether you already have experience with the Curiosity Approach or are eager to learn, full training will be provided as part of your induction.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children’s development through curiosity‑led practice.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Passion for child‑led learning and natural learning environments
- Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated approach to working with children
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Full DBS check required for successful applicants
- Previous childcare experience preferred
