About the Role
At iStep Learning, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education, helping every child flourish during their most formative years. With a strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Salary
- Level 3 - £14.19 - £15.29 (£29,516.00 - £31,804.00 per annum)
- Level 2 - £13.65 - £15.14 (£28,392.00 - £31,700.00 per annum)
- x1 Room Leader Role £15.29 - £16.38 per hour
- x1 Third in Charge Role £16.38 - £17.47 per hour
What We’re Looking for
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (preferred)
- Full-time or Part-time (all year round)
- Flexible shift patterns between 07.00am – 6.00pm
- 7.00am – 1.00pm / 1pm – 6.00pm

- Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
