Full Time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Shifts between 7:15am and 6:45pm)

About the Role

Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at St Luke's Chapel Nursery.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
  • Act as a Key Person, building positive relationships with children and families.
  • Plan engaging activities and complete observations using the Famly App.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and work as part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant

Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification .

  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 years.
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS.
  • A positive, caring, and reliable approach.

We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Bank Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 or 3) and Nursery Assistants to join our friendly team at

St Luke's Chapel Nursery .

As part of our bank team, you'll provide flexible cover for staff holidays, sickness and busy periods, helping to create a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About Us

St Luke's Chapel is a brand-new Canopy Nursery that opened in September 2025. Due to growing enrolment, we're expanding our team for 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5.
  • Create a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Support children's learning and development through play.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Assist with daily routines, observations and care records.
  • Follow EYFS, safeguarding and nursery policies.
  • Work flexibly across different rooms when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable).
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 (desirable).
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child development.
  • A positive, reliable and flexible approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Hours
  • Zero-hours bank contract.
  • Flexible shifts between

7:30am and 6:30pm , Monday to Friday.
