Responsibilities
- Fulfil duties that meet children’s individual needs and support the nursery’s aims and curriculum.
- Deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide the foundation children need to reach their full potential.
- Follow the standards and requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring children learn and develop well in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and role-model best practice at all times.
- Provide warm, professional, and high-quality customer service to families and visitors.
To be successful at shortlisting, applicants must demonstrate:
- A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and/or equivalent nursery experience.
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS.
- Good working knowledge of safeguarding requirements.
- Experience of working in a busy team environment.
- Experience of delivering high-quality customer service.
