Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Supporting clients with eating and drinking.
- Administering or reminding clients to take medication.
- Monitoring and recording clients’ health conditions and reporting concerns.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Assisting with daily activities and household tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and a safe environment.
- Following care plans and health & safety procedures.
- Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
