We are seeking a passionate and experiencedDeputy Manager to join our friendly team and support our current Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years education and care. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, supportive environment.
Early Years Deputy Manager – All year round / Full Time
Location:Reddish, Stockport
Hours: 7:30 – 5:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery

  • Support and mentor staff to ensure outstanding care and education

  • Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting

  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
