We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team to cover weekday and weekend work from 7am to 11pm, full time or part time, providing essential care services to individuals in their own homes throughout Stockport and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of our customers.
Areas Covered: Stockport, Wilmslow and Denton
Duties:
- Assist customers with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with customers, families, managers and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
- Using an App based system for record-keeping and communication purposes
Pay & Benefits:
Pay:
- Weekdays - £12.90ph then £13.10ph after probation
- Weekends - £13.10ph - £13.30ph after probation
- Mileage is paid at 30p per mile for all travel from customer to customer
- All training is paid at a set hourly pay rate of £12.21 per hour regardless of pay grade.
