Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region. Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
- Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
Need to have (Qualifications)
- Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
- Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
- Be self-motivated and target driven
- Have interpersonal and professional qualities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- Full UK driving licence
Need to do (Role Responsibilities)
- Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
- Responsible for all sales activity for the home
- Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
- Maintain a contacts database
