A Complex Support Worker is required to support a gentleman in his 50s who is living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury. He has left-sided weakness but remains mobile, and although he is cortically blind, he is able to see shadows and shapes. Support will be provided both in his home and out in the local community around the Tunbridge Wells area, helping him to live an active, meaningful, and enjoyable life.

The role involves:

  • Providing 1:1 care
  • Supporting with community activities using your own car
  • Assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and general household duties
  • Planning routine activities in advance

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female applicants only due to the client's circumstances
  • Previous care experience is essential
  • Full UK driving licence and own car is essential
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered
