Shifts: Days/Wake Nights and Weekends. These shifts allow you to develop great relationships with the people you support and work with.
The Job Role:
You will be supporting people with all aspects of personal care and socialization, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and will be fully trained by one of our Nurses to provide high-level support. You will be trained with all required equipment and work as part of small teams to ensure the best outcomes for people.
Additional Information:
- Very little travel required.
- Shift patterns that are easy to follow.
- Shifts scheduled 2 weeks in advance as a minimum.
- A meet and greet with the client before you commence care shifts.
- Access to further training and development within Health and Social Care.
- Ongoing support from the senior team.
What You Need:
All we ask is that you have a positive outlook, enjoy working with people, and have a caring nature. Previous care experience is required, and a willingness to learn new skills is essential. A driving license is a bonus.

Pay: £12.60-£13.65 per hour
