We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cumbria branch as Home Care Workers in Carlisle, Workington, Penrith, Cockermouth, Maryport, Whitehaven, Barrow In Furness. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with mobility, ensuring they move safely and comfortably around their homes.
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Communicating effectively with clients and their families about care needs.
- Reporting changes in client conditions to supervisors promptly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records.
Qualifications
- A full UK /EU driving license (Essential)
- Access to own car (Essential)
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
- A caring and patient nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An enhanced DBS check will be conducted for successful applicants
