We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and compassionate Live In Care Assistant to support a male client in Colchester with complex care needs.
This is a rewarding live in position for someone who is confident providing high quality, person centred care and is looking to make a real difference in someone’s day to day life.
What you'll be doing:
- Person centred support: Providing compassionate, respectful support with the client’s complex care needs, while promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Activities & interests: Supporting the client to enjoy activities such as swimming, going out in the community and other hobbies
- Companionship & routine: Building a positive relationship with the client, providing companionship and helping them maintain a safe, comfortable and enjoyable daily routine
Working Pattern:
Monday 9am to Friday 9pm
No weekends
Requirements:
- Male only due to client preference
- Previous experience in complex careand severe learning difficulties
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
- Must be able to swim
- Unable to offer sponsorship
