Mini VIP’s Nursery & Day Care is a family-run childcare setting providing high-quality care for children aged 3 months to 12 years. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Job type: Full time, permanent
Hours: 21-42 hours per week, part time & full time hours
Salary: From £12.31 per hour, rising to £12.81 in April 2026
Location: Winchcombe, Gloucestershire
Work pattern: 3 or 4 days
Qualification: Level 3
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a Key Person, supporting children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Maintain safeguarding standards and promote child welfare
- Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
- Passion for early years education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and a caring nature
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding/Child Protection training
Additional Information
- Own transport and ability to travel to Winchcombe
