We are currently recruiting aCare Coordinatorto join our growing healthcare team at Bluebird Care Wolverhampton.
Experience within the care industry is essentialand if you have been a Care Coordinator previously this is highly advantageous.
Applicantsmust also have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle that can be used for work,in order to take part in the on-call rota.
Hours:Monday to Friday – Office hours
We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our care coordinator so to make this possible, we offer:

You’ll play a vital role in in the coordination of our care assistants, ensuring our clients see a friendly face each day to support their emotional wellbeing. Our clients choose to live in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to a residential care home, so we ensure we enable them to do just that whilst promoting and encouraging their independence.
Roles and responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:
- Answering incoming office enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in the recruitment of new Care Assistants
- Responding efficiently to day to day changes in care packages
- Organising Care Assistant schedules
- Building excellent relationships with current care staff
- Allocating Care Assistants based on skills and experience to deliver the best quality care & support to each customer
- Other general administrative office tasks where required
