We are looking for the right person to join our friendly clinician-led complex care company providing care to individuals with complex physical and mental health needs in their own homes.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Complete rotas for our care packages
- Lead on recruitment of care staff, ensuring staff are appropriately recruited based on their skills and experience
- Assist the Registered Manager to achieve compliance as per CIW and CQC standards
- Assist our Clinical Lead Nurses with field visits to Bristol and Cardiff to monitor care packages
- Assist with supervision and support of care staff
- Ensure our databases are kept up to date and compliant with GDPR regulations
- Participate in on-call duties (part of a planned rota)
- Ensure that there is good communication with our care teams, and with care commissioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Support our incidents and complaints procedure and help identify any potential safeguarding issues
- Assist with administration tasks

- The candidate must be a fit and Proper Person:
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Be conscientious and able to perform tasks that are intrinsic to their role
- Have previous care experience and ideally have gained or be willing to work towards an appropriate qualification
- Be aware of the high standards expected within the delivery of quality care services, and show commitment to delivering these
- Must be able to supply documents to support their application and confirm suitability including a full employment history
