Our award winning team in Dartford, Gravesham and Medway are really passionate about care and making sure everyone at our service receives the highest quality of care in their own homes. We are now looking for another kind, caring individual to join our team and help us on our mission to providing the best possible care across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway.

- Organisation of rotas by liaising with our care team
- Onboarding new clients to receive the best possible care
- Providing exceptional customer for clients and care teams
- Assist with on call

This is a very hands on role and you will be working in a busy office that continues to grow
- You must have great communication skills and be able to sell our service on the phone
- A quick learner
- Excellent organisation skills is also a must
- You should have proficient IT skills as rotas and care plans are updated using our IT systems
- A team player
The role is based in our Medway office and is a full time position.
