We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Care Assistants to join our thriving branch in Bristol.
Annually we deliver over 2 million hours of vital care services, supporting our service users with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services, and companionship, to allow them to live independently and remain in their own homes.
We offer flexible working hours but have particularly high demand during the following times:
- Weekday mornings
- Lunches
- Evenings
- Weekends all hours
Mornings: 6am-12pm
Evenings: 4pm-10pm
What will you be doing? Our Care Assistants work within the Bristol community covering Inner city and North and West enabling our service users to live independently in their own homes. Typical support can include personal care and hygiene, food preparation, administering medication, shopping, and collecting prescriptions, light housework & other domestic chores, companionship, and social support.
Who are we looking for? You need to be calm, patient, hard-working and reliable, resourceful with an ability to always maintain professionalism, think on your feet and keep a cool head in stressful situations – but above all, you need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. This role is perfect for you if you have experience of caring for a relative or other vulnerable people and are looking for a new and rewarding way to put these skills to good use. You must be local to Bristol.
