Barchester is looking for a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to oversee clinical teams across our care homes in your region. You will travel to sites, lead by example, and drive improvements in care quality and resident experience.
You'll require an NMC-registered RN with teaching or mentoring qualifications, solid experience in nursing homes, and the ability to manage safeguarding, clinical risk, budget, HR, and preceptorship. Flexibility to travel is essential.
