The Role
As our Registered Manager, you will take the lead in establishing and running a high-quality home that meets the emotional, social, and educational needs of every child in our care. You will provide strong leadership, ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, and cultivate a culture of compassion, integrity, and empowerment.
- Lead the setup and registration of the home in line with Ofsted requirements.
- Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for children and staff.
- Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and staffing in line with company and statutory policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop an exceptional team that shares our values and vision.
- Promote a child-centred, trauma-informed approach in every aspect of the home.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, families, and external professionals.
About You
You will be an inspiring and confident leader with a passion for transforming lives. You bring:
- Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- A strong grasp of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- A valid UK driving licence.
