Experience: EBD / challenging behaviour preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in residential settings

Requirements (ESSENTIAL):

  • Minimum 6 months experience working in children's residential care
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD or challenging behaviour
  • Understanding of safeguarding & child protection procedures
  • Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS

Desirable:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • PMVA/MAPA or Team Teach training
  • Driving licence
