We're looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC Registered or eligible) to join our client’s specialist school, supporting children and young people with a range of complex communication needs.
Working as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in helping pupils develop the communication skills they need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Deliver individual and group therapy programmes linked to EHCPs.
- Assess speech, language and communication needs.
- Develop and implement AAC strategies and resources.
- Support safe eating and drinking practices.
- Work closely with teachers, families and external professionals.
- Prepare reports and contribute to reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
What We're Looking For
- HCPC registered (or eligible) Speech and Language Therapist.
- Strong assessment, planning and communication skills.
- Experience supporting children with SEND, EHCPs or AAC is desirable.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to safeguarding.
