What you'll be doing:

As well as caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways you will be supporting the care team to ensure that high standards of care practice is maintained through conducting spot checks, competency checks and observations. You will support the Care Manager in operating the on call system and provide leadership and in field training & supervision to new members of the care team.

Working Hours:

Mornings: 7am - 2pm
Evenings: 3pm - 9pm
You must be available for alternate weekends.

What we're looking for:

  • Full UK driver's licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Female only due to client preference
  • Senior care experience

We'll love to hear from you if you've got previous care experience in roles such as Senior care assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
