Are you a highly committed, reliable and enthusiastic community care worker who can make a difference in people's lives? Flexible hours from 0700hrs and finish 2100hrs including alternate weekends. Full time and part time permanent contracts available.
Duties for this role include:
- Enabling individuals to achieve their maximum ability and independence
- Providing companionship and personal assistant services
- Supporting with meals and drinks preparations
- Supporting with daily personal care needs
- Liaising with families and other professional agencies
- Supporting with medication (training provided)
- Supporting with shopping and accompanying to medical appointments
- Documentation and report writing
